Having selected the first Miss Rodeo Oregon in 1957 the organization has continued over the years to be comprised of hardworking volunteers that help to ensure the success and expansion of the organization and its programs. Information about the program in its early years is scarce, but in recent years Miss Rodeo Oregon Pageant, Inc. has taken great strides in becoming a strong and successful youth oriented organization, providing a program for Oregon horsewomen that encourages positive growth in strength of character and personality, healthy attitudes, self-fulfillment and self-respect. Miss Rodeo Oregon, Inc. is organized and conducted to select the most qualified young Oregon horsewoman to promote the sport of professional rodeo in Oregon, and to represent the State of Oregon at the annual Miss Rodeo America Pageant.
Message from Miss Rodeo America Pageant Media Committee on messages to Jessi during MRA Pageant:
Hello Family and Friends of Miss Rodeo America 2019 Contestants,
We hope that you all are as excited about the upcoming MRA 2019 Pageant as we are!
We wanted to let you know that communication with contestants is limited during pageant. We have established an email account if you wish to send a special message to your contestant, we will print them off and give to contestants each night of pageant. Emails must be received by 5pm to be delivered the same evening. If they are received after 5pm they will delivered the following day. No emails will be printed after 5pm December 8th.
When sending emails please put the state name in the subject line. This year due to the amount of ink it takes to print off pictures we unfortunately will not be able to print pictures attached to emails sent. Please know that emails will be read by pageant volunteers before being distributed. We encourage these messages to be positive and uplifting!
