This years Pageant Luncheon was held at the Rivershore Bar & Grill Conference room adjacent to the host hotel The Rivershore Best Western.   Guests were treated to a wonderful lunch and were able to view the photogenic photos taken earlier in the week.  Photogenics was judged identically to how MRA Pageant in Las Vegas does.  Contestants are photographed at Pageant and give a head shot, body shot and a personality shot.  Judges then award Photogenic award according the pictures taken at Pageant. 

Contestants also participated in a Mock TV interview, with our former 2009 Miss Rodeo Oregon Jackie Gibson as the interviewer.  Contestants were asked to pretend they had just been crowned 2012 Miss Rodeo Oregon and were asked about what fans could expect at the Canby Rodeo.  The interviews started with the same exact question but were taken down different avenues depending on the contestant’s response.  All three young ladies did an amazing job and it was clear they had studied the Canby Rodeo.   Immediately following the luncheon, the contestants had time to go change in preparation for their horsemanship interview which took place at 3:15.
